Approximately three years ago one of the main topics of discussion on this site was what the economy and housing market would look in 3 to 5-years in conjunction with massive resetting of adjustable 3 and 5 year adjustable mortgages. I recall seeing many different trend tables that made a correlation of when the highest number of these loans would reset. Does anyone have this table and if so, how many more waves of adjustable mortgage loans do you think we’ll have to go through before this all settles?
