How about this: 4460 Arch
Called the realtor. Said it was sold before it was listed. Buyer and seller made arrangements, but he listed it afterwards. Not sure all the details. Looks like a short sale, so maybe they’re required to list. Don’t know. Seems a little fishy to me, but what do I know. I have no doubt there are deals going on behind the scenes.March 16, 2010 at 4:32 PM #527540jpinpbParticipantHow about this: 4460 Arch

Maybe the seller is only paying the listing agent an extremely small commission (something like 2%) to sell the place.[/quote]
We sold a house with a broker who listed it on the MLS for $300-$500 (list-only, no other services, forgot the exact price but it was in that range). Sold in an hour.
IMHO, the MLS is the #1 reason to list with a realtor. If I found out that the listing agent kept my house off the MLS, sparks would fly.
