A half-acre is a lot of yard to water and take care of, unless you plan to xerioscape it with low maintenance, low water plants. I would recommend the best area, even with less lot, but that is just me. If you search “Temecula” on this site, there is a lot of information on where Temecula pricing has been and is headed.
