ParticipantI think it’s his children, wife, and some other close associates that he’s trying to protect. He’s pleading guilty to all charges, but at the same time he’s lying to the judge when he says that he acted alone.
There were tons of account statements, forged trade confirmations, etc., going back years. It is impossible for him to have “worked” alone in this Ponzi scheme.

I absolutely agree. There is no incentive for him to be forthcoming with the required information to track the money. I just wonder if they ever will be able to find additional accomplices.
