He cancelled and within in 3 hours there were several offers. I heard it went pending about 425K but has since fallen out. It went right back inot escorw and I’m not sure what it is in escrow for now but my guy blew it.

Thats crazy if I’m reading it right, your client could have gotten it for 375k and it would have instantly appraised at 400k+? That reminds me of the boom times where before escrow closed people were 20k up in appreication.
