    Can anyone comment on this townhome? I see from the notes that this is probably a short sale since it requires lender approval. At this price (not having seen the unit), I wouldn’t think it would last long. Anything wrong with it? Thanks

    As long as you know that it was selling in the $100K-$200K range in pre-bubble years…

    It would probably be a good idea to check if there are any HOA problems, and if the soil is stable there (it doesn’t look like it’s on a steep hill, but the area around it tends to have mudslides).

    That being said, it looks like a nice unit.

    As long as you know that it was selling in the $100K-$200K range in pre-bubble years…

    It would probably be a good idea to check if there are any HOA problems, and if the soil is stable there (it doesn’t look like it’s on a steep hill, but the area around it tends to have mudslides).

    That being said, it looks like a nice unit.
