This person is one of the biggest FBs that I know of. Bought it for $1.2mil and is now trying to unload for $850k. Still overpriced for an area that is congested with Intuit traffic.

Go to ziprealty.com and take a look at the listing (MLS #076062821)

But take a look at the pictures and then the map of the house using the Bird’s eye view. It’s not even the same house! The previous listing in the MLS has pictures of the real house. This current listing has fake pictures!

What is going on?!

This house has been for sale virtually from the day they bought it through various realtors. They probably thought the listing was stale and decided to spice it up…they can always claim it was an honest mistake…funny thing is those of us who live in these parts know that there are no houses in that area with that kind of entry…I don’t know whose house is in those pics, but it ain’t around here…by the way, Zillow has the correct picture of this house.

If someone has the right mind, the one will not buy this house to live.

As mentioned that this house is under the high voltage power line, but also just in front of the high tension tower. You can hear the nose from the power line just above.
While I have been jogging in this area, I have seen for-sale sign on this house for quite long time.

This particular location is at cal de sac, but they should not have built the houses at the beginning.
