    A little off topic on this thread…but are you the family who relocted from the East Coast? We are considering a similar move for … What sounds like reasons similar to yours: weather/health/NYC rat race etc… I would love the benefit of your experience…

    We have visited and house hunted several times but trying to wrap our heads around it all. We have children entering middle school…

    NYC Rat Race? Apparently you haven’t spent a lot of time in Southern California.
