$200k wake up call in OC

I listed this house under the Worst MLS Picture and of course it won! or it should have.. They had this piece of crap listed for $599k for god knows how long then a couple of days ago relisted for $409K. I have bad news for this owner it still will not sale!!

My god .. I don’t believe the photo! What a piece of drek! It looks like so beat it is hard to imagine someone giving 100K for. What could possibly justify such high asking price? Is it in the best part of town?
