    Will this be the first single family house sold below $500K ?
    With $10K cash back, the price is actually $519K now.
    Although it is backing up to 56, it is still in Torry Pine High, which is the most importance factor for most of asian to buy in CV.

    I posted this on one of the other Carmel Valley threads. 13789 Rosecroft though listed for 900k, last sold 11/17/2003 for $995,000. So we’re looking at 2003 pricing in Carmel Valley.

    Depends. looking at a comp that closed recently in my complex, it looks like price is around late2003/early2004. It’s still all over the map, it seems like depending on location.

    One thing I’m seeing is the $1+million listings are coming down in a non-neglible way.

    13789 Rosecroft is going to be interesting to sell. A 2900 sqft house that has only 3 bedrooms seems to me a bit impractical. Not to mention it’s an “as-is” $900k home.
