1.15 mil probably. Location is not the best, but is ok. 3300 sqft is pretty sizable, and also discounted based on age of home. This is a non realtor’s opinion. Ironically this person tried to list it originally 2005 prices at 2007 π
If you look at the original owner, he/she overpaid in slightly in 2001 imho.
