    Woooooo…. Look like the CV is starting to move a little bit.

    $292/sqf and about 150K price (over 12%)difference between the asking and the closing.

    1.15 mil probably. Location is not the best, but is ok. 3300 sqft is pretty sizable, and also discounted based on age of home. This is a non realtor’s opinion. Ironically this person tried to list it originally 2005 prices at 2007 🙂

    If you look at the original owner, he/she overpaid in slightly in 2001 imho.
