ParticipantWow, that was a really nice looking house. I know that location well as my son attneded a home daycare around the corner in one of those canyon view homes about 10 years ago. If I wanted to live in MM I’d buy that house in a second.

FWIW, in the last 6 months there have been only 3 closed sales of 2000+ sq ft homes in 92126 north of Calle Cristobal. The 2 traditional sales sold in 1 and 3 days. There are 2 in escrow and one short sale currently collecting offers. Sounds like a pretty stable market.
Take a nicely maintained home like that one on a prime canyon lot and while it might not be you, someone will pay a pretty penny for it. Supply and demand at work……….

Take a nicely maintained home like that one on a prime canyon lot and while it might not be you, someone will pay a pretty penny for it. Supply and demand at work……….
