This north Mira Mesa house came on the market on 1/26/2010 and went into sales pending in 3 days. It’s listed at $545k, 2017sq ft. They got more than 12 offers. And it’s not like it was listed at a super low price; a house across the street (exact same sq footage and layout) sold for $535k last month. What’s happening? This was the kind of frenzy saw during the last bubble. Tell me that this is just a temporary frenzy due to low inventory and not the start of another housing bubble again..
