I have lived next to the big power lines in carmel valley. I always felt edgy in that house. And feel more calm away from that house. I did that fluorescent tube thing (holding tube under lines on wet grass with bare feet) and it lit right up. Yikes.
And at night when they get wet, you can hear “bacon” sizzle all night. Power lines creep me out.
Moved to Mirabella Apartments in Aviara recently which is under the power lines. There was that feeling again. I moved three weeks later.
I think 40% of all buys will pass on that house. I would not live in it even if you gave it to me.

Just because other people are willing to pay a million bucks for it, or that it went for alot more money in the past doesn’t make it a smoking deal.
