Birch Bluff is a nice street and the people in the immediate area seem neighborly. Great place for kids. The pool and clubhouse for that neighborhood is the nicest in S. Pomorado (rebuilt after the fires). It would be nice to get something tangible, like a great pool for homeowners fees.
Risk of wildfires is just part of living in Scripps Ranch/Stonebridge, or anywhere else along the 15.
