zk, thanks for the info on Bridle Ridge. This new community is too expensive for 2500 sqft. I hope their existing inventory in Carriage Run and Bridle Ridge sits for awhile until they have no choice but to lower the price like other builders in 4S and La Costa Green.
Pardee seems to be reluctant in lowering the price based on couple attempts I did early this year. Let’s hope their attitude/pricing strategy will change after the “spring bounce”.
