You need a barn owl…our neighbors had a rat problem, then a pair of barn owls moved into our palm tree, we haven’t seen a rat or mouse in two years…we do have to clean up carcasses they occasionally drop or pellets, but that is a hoot, the kids actually dig through them to find the bones…well worth having, though.
