You know, i was just thinking…This is going to be really bad…from a dim sum perspective..First, no chicken feet, and now it’s no pig tongue, pig intestines, pig blood…God dammit, what the heck is dim sum without the trademark chicken feet and pig parts? Yup, there’s going to be riots in the street around every Cantonese restaurant.
