It has a convenient location. – very good size bedrooms and A/C and it seems to be in move-in ready condition. Not much of a grassy yard at all. You may get some noise from Carmel Mtn Rd and 56, though trees may block some of it. The location is a bit busy.
It’s an REO and they reduced their place already some. I think it’s still overpriced with the lack of yard and busy location.
The elem school is Los Penasquitos, API > 900 so pretty good, but Mt. Carmel high.
