If you really want to do it, don’t be disuaded. When I was getting my RE license I spoke with several agents in my community. Most tried to discourage me saying it was a bad time, a really tough business, etc. etc. I wondered whether I had stupid tatooed on my forehead. My advice, if you want to do something stick with it.
