Yes it’s out of control. With the record foreclosure rates in SD we are seeing the fruits of the following exchange a couple years ago:

Lender: Mr.Gonzales, you say you want a 500K loan but can’t document the income of your landscaping business?

Mr.Gonzales: Yes

Lender: Not a problem! We have a special loan package designed just for you!
