Yes, it’s much better to live in a house you own vs a house you rent. Especially if you like to customize and make the place feel like your own. However, if you live in a place and never do anything to it and like to move every year, then renting is infinitely better.
BTW, I feel sorry for you Brian. It must suck feeling claustrophobic all the time in the city.
