Yes but right now hope Springs eternal for sellers. If they are going to get lucky it will be now and most will try for that and hold on too long for that. It does take a few months to properly educate oneself and I beleive I have a much larger body of knowledge to draw upon to say that. The other point of the waiting 6 months is it put you square into the best season market for buyers (Oct to Dec).
