Yep, it’s out of the barn and anything these grandstanding politicians attempt to do to get it back in the barn is only going to make the problem worse over the long haul. The housing market needs to correct itself………………on it’s own with no assistance from a bunch of inept politicians. When prices fall to the level where people can qualify for home loans based on their ability to pay for them, things will get back to the status quo. Unfortunately, we’re coming into an election year and every Tom, Dick and Hillary (and Obama) is going to promise to put a chicken in everybody’s pot if they will vote for them.
