xiomarasword, why don’t you consider approaching owners of “for sale” properties in remote locations, which may have been on the market awhile. Perhaps properties with septic tanks, propane fuel and no fibre-optic laid for high-speed cable internet (there’s usually a DSL option avail). These properties are generally harder to sell than those in suburban developments.
This might be a good option for sellers who might be deluded into “waiting the market out a few years” . . . lol ;=)
