Wow, you think it’ll cost $60-140k to upgrade a 4/2 1700 sq-ft house? I took a look at the Parkwood property and it’s not even upgraded. For $60k, you’ll be able to put in a new mid/high end kitchen, 2 new mid/high end baths, all new high end flooring (bamboo/marble/stainmaster carpet), new HVAC, new tankless water heater, all new paint, crown molding, baseboard, etc. For $140k, you can do A LOT.
