No SEH, no Carmel Valley, no Foreclosure Ranch, no Del Servitude, no East Lake. Most of La Costa and Carlsbad didn’t exist. Back in 1982 downtown was for drug dealers and prostitutes, not high-rises. Yet that number was pretty huge.
