Your old “throw my sucker in the sand” and short sale plan just didn’t pencil out, you weren’t as screwed as you sometimes think. You are probably cash nuetral with the one you are renting out if not close, you cant walk away from those, eventually the sun will come out and cash nuetrals will become cash cows.
