so do you guys think this park mesa condo is an ok buy if i were to buy it as my primary residence? i m hesistant due to the fact that the 415/month HOA won’t be tax deductible… that a whooping 4980…
i was looking at another property in linda vista on glidden lane, great neighborhood…however the home has a wierd looking backyard, it kinda like theirs no yard b/c it’s the shap of a triangle… the home is surrouned by apt like homes and their is no privacy due to them sitting above you….
