Why do houses cost so much in olivenhain? I actually went to see this house and while it was big (felt a little too bland imo), I don’t see why people would put in the extra drive to live in olivenhain. .5 acres on a steep hill that may have landslides pretty much describes the area of olivenhain and yet it still commands high premiums compared to say black mountain or rancho penasquitos?
What would you guys pay for this sort of house if it was problem free?
