When I say I would have lost it I just mean I would have been really irritated. I wouldn’t have said anything, but I might have looked around for a shoter line to get into.
I can’t stand being behind anyone who pays with a check, especially when they wait until the last minute to start filling the check out.
I always use the self checkout specifically to avoid people paying with checks or food stamps.
