and why wouldn’t they snatch up the condos in beautiful downtown san diego… wake up in the am, take in the beautiful view of south downtown warehouses… roll down to the sidewalk to hand out your left over continental breakfast to any number of gutter people… walk down to the bay to hang out with the other vacationing ‘zonies… catch the trolley to spend the afternoon in the beautiful, international city of tijuana… back to hang out in the culturally enlightened horton plaza… finish the night off with a couple shooters at the glamorous fred’s mexican cafe… all that is easily worth a good mil or two…
