What makes this purchase so difficult for me is I am still a bear. And of course the disappointment of having waited this long to settle for a place I’m not in love with. I will have to take solace that at least I managed to not buy at peak and saved us from financial ruin (at least until now). Hopefully we’re close enough to bottom that the damage won’t be too detrimental.
