Well, we are spending a lot of money to prove that prices should not be lower. Whether it works or not is another story. however, take away the massive market manipulations which are induced artificial scarcity and the .gov backing 85% of the market along with all the other gimmicks.
Take that away, and you have a practically cash only business with double the inventory. That would put RE down in that range if not lower.
