We went to “Sunset Cove” today and they have still a few units left. Surprisingly, some of them are the “best” in the entire development with view to the street and bay. The prices range from $500 – 570k. We were surprised how many units have already been sold at these high prices as we didn’t feel that the neighborhood was attractive at all. Also, the units were packed densely together and made us feel “claustrophobic”. One of the model units faced a restaurant and the vent was blowing fumes from the kitchen to the balcony.
