we use to rent a 1999 home, insulation was very poor, with the summer being extremely hot and winter cold.
of course, that still beats my in-laws’ home built in the 70’s. when it was in the 40’s recently their interior was also in the 40’s.
if you have a relatively new home from a respected builder who did not cut corners and cheat you on the insulation, a 45 degree night really translate into a 65 degree interior temp, which means you are just looking at the heating cost to bring 65 degree to 70 degree.
Cornerstone did a good job with Tiburon so I think the insulation issue should not be a problem for Tiburon buyers. I have my doubts about Montoro and Serenity, though.
