We must take care of the less-than-smart people. Everyone should have food, clothing, shelter, and health care. As a country, as a planet, this is our responsibility. But we must not procreate irresponsibly.
I willingly pay taxes to support you and your children in times of need. But you just don’t get to have any more. If you accept free money from society for basic needs (welfare, food stamps, etc), you accept sterility.
