We love our 1360-sq-ft 3-2 house for our family of 4. Plenty of space. And I do remember that when I was considering buying it some folks–on this board even ;)–were telling me it was way too small for us. I am so glad that we didn’t listen, and now are no longer beholden to a bank for a huge mortgage for a whole bunch of space that we didn’t really need!!! Nothing like living 10 mins from work.
