We have a $3K Bosch slide in double oven that is 4 years old. Just asked my wife, she said it takes about 20 min to hit 450, even on “fast pre-heat”.
She is very unhappy with that aspect of the oven…having lived with gas for the last 20 years, she will probably end up making me run a gas line in for the oven should we ever buy another.
