We drove by it last night, and it looks like the one next door might be an REO soon (just guessing by appearance). Looks like that particular area is really starting to crack, as there are quite a few signs up and looks like quite a few more to come. As you know, it’s (Village Park) one of the areas that’s already dropped a fair amount, so this pricing tactic was interesting.
Didn’t get to look inside, but from the outside, it didn’t look too bad…though it was dark when we checked it out.
Yes, I also think it will get bid up over $500K, but the neighbors must be pooping their britches right about now!
