We bought out house with an FHA loan back in August. It was a nightmare fraught with providing a ridiculous amount of information and TWO hack appraisers. But we closed. Subsequent to that I am dumping all the cash into a remodel right now… Hopefully will be able to get the PMI off at the end of the first year term.
