Wasnt referring to the kids of UCSD folks but of more working class types. i’m sure there are plenty of those folks too in those areas. Not sure of this is the case there but I have seen it many places including where I live. The less multi-family housing the higher the test scores. If all the students live in $500K+ SFR’s the natural tendency is to skew higher. It all comes down to demographics.
