vrundy. lol you make me laugh. Isn’t all of San Diego a giant sand pit with nice homes put up? Almost all of the foliage is planted by man. This whole city would be nothing more than sand dunes with dust balls. Just look at Camp Pendleton area. That is what San Diego looked like. 4S is a nice place and now opens right into Del Sur and CV. No need to hit the ugly 15 to get in and out like it was years ago. But honestly if I rented a condo I would be disgruntled as well about nice houses that I couldn’t afford. Actually wait. I am. lol.
