Ummmm…..the HOA for one of my rentals always hires unlicensed or individual handyman/carpenters to handle small issues. Often times one of the residents does it himself and gets reimbursed for parts and sometimes a little labor. many times he charges nothing. But of course this cant happen because of liability issues even though it does.
