True, in general, neighborhoods with a high percentage of renters tend to have more crime problems, blight, etc. Still, we’re not all bad! 😉 (Okay, I’m not renting now, but we did rent for ~8 years during the bubble.)
Just try to be patient and friendly, as that’s going to be the best way to get them on your side. I hope they end up being good neighbors. Best of luck, paramount.
