touche! The funny thing is I think my house is too big too and its almost half the size as yours. I just love where its located. As for the subject house, you live on the inside of the house not the outside. Its not Carlsbad schools its Encinitas/San Dieguito schools which are highly coveted. I did the search and there are currently ZERO houses like that on the market. Not one, not ten and certainly not 46. Its a good deal.
Location, location, location!
Only thing growing on my slope these days is native plants and weeds but heading up to Napa again next week and will be talking to winemakers about what kind of grapes I might be able to grow on it in this climate.
