Thx, its the 1st resale under 900K in this tract except one which sold suspiciously low. I beleive the buyers likely wrote a huge check to the 2nd lender to help satisfy a recourse loan to get that one to work so the price is probably more in line with this one.
Agree on the even worse location directly on RSF Rd and these being better (though still not great or representative IMO). Our own SD R is actually in the middle of flip on one of the homes bordering RSF (though it did have the benefit of a huge lot unlike all the others which is why he was able to make a few clams on that one).
