This whole tread is kind meaningless to me as I have no intention to buy in either place. I am not newly wed nor nearly dead.(j/K)
I just wanted to ask, isnt 1 sale in 21 days terribly low? I dont know. This doesnt seem to be a high traffic area, but 1 sale? This is the spring bounce, when everything is suppose to be bottoming, and we have 1 sale in 21 days? This seems to be 1/3 the rate in March when all of 3 houses sold in 3 weeks. Really? Am i missing something? Wow, talk about meaningless numbers! Is that is true? What kinda median or averages do you get from 4 sales in 3 months? Look, Look, We doubled sales this month, 2 houses sold this month, it has to be the bottom, sales are up 100%!!!!
