This banking mess is leading us directly into the “Holy Shit” phase of housing. I called for that to start in Sept/Oct (with data starting to come to light in Nov/Dec) and last until the Spring selling season.
This is the phase where Carmel Valley collectively cries “Holy Shit” they realize this is really bad and the data clearly shows they are not immune.
Even La Costa Vally may utter a few curse words this Winter, eh sdr ?
