There are jogging trails all the way around the outside of that development, so they should be used to people whizzing by.
On top of that, the development itself is gated! No chance of drive-by viewings on their particular street.
I live nearby and did not notice an increase in traffic or even any newscrews all weekend and I drove by the development 4 times, I think, on my way to other places. Maybe I was there at the wrong times.
